Market Replay chart not updating, stuck on first bar

Having trouble with market replay.

The chart will not update except for the very first bar.
I've already downloaded the data and 100% sure its correct.

In this pic, only the first bar is showing up, it moves up and down but thats about it. This pic shows the playback ran ~12 hours into the simulation.

I do have about 20 strategies running, so not sure if thats the issue.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
