SuperDOM only shows the one volume for Buy and Sell for each instead of ladders.

When I open a SuperDOM, I can only see one volume for buy column and sell column. See below. In order words, for Buy column, I see highest buy volume only. For Sell, only the lowest volume. It doesn't show ladders at all. Is there something I didn't configure correctly?

For instance:

- BUY Price SELL
----- 20.05
----- 20.04
----- 20.03 1500
- 300 20.02
----- 20.01
----- 20.00

Dennis, thanks for replying my question. This is mostly likely the issue of my incorrect configurations. I had never get market depth data from SuperDOM either from simulator or live data. When I right click SuperDOM to open Properties, I checked "Show market depth", but it seems it didn't work for me.

More testing, I can get market depth data for Future, but not for stocks.

It may also have to do with your Market Data Subscription as well.

Level I data from a provider would not display a full Depth of Market.

Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.

I get data from TDAmeritrade, I can get Level 2 data in TDAmeritrade/ThinkOrSwim tool. So it should feed the data. Currently I cannot display stock for Simulator either, I have no problem to get level 2 market depth for Future in simulator.

Trying to reproduce and then get new logs.

In order to filter out unrelated logs and traces, I installed a new NinjaTrader 8 on my system, so I can still reproduce the same problem.
After a new NT8 is installed, without configuring anything, open SuperDOM, connect SIM101 and use simulated data.

Test 1: Select any Future "6B 12-20" for Instrument, the SuperDOM successfully shows market depth data.
Test 2: Select any stock like IBM as its Instrument, the SuperDOM only shows one volume number for Sell and Buy each.

By the way, I do see "Level 2" data for the same IBM stock for SIM101, but not from SuperDOM.
Please see attachment Screenshot 1, where you can level 2 data not from SuperDOM.

The log/trace files have 0 byte, so there is no logs available.

This is expected. Level II data for equities is not displayed in the SuperDOM. You will need to use the Level II window for this data.
