I removed your trace file as it can contain sensitive information.
Could it be you have a TD Ameritrade account from Singapore, Hong Kong or Canada? If so, unfortunately such accounts are not supported in NinjaTrader.

With the help of some friends I've been directed to update NT8 to the latest version that fixes some connection issues. After updating a new error message pops up that states "No primary account ID found". The trace log shows that my stock data are delayed and that my data agreements were still pending. I have checked my TD Ameritrade account to verify the form agreements and am currently receiving real time data on my TOS platform. Relevant images are provided, please do assist.4 Photos

Hi, I have tried multiple times to connect to TD Ameritrade as shown in this link https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide but have been unsuccessful so far and everytime I try to load NT8 it gives the error message as shown in the attached image. Please do assist.1 PhotoTags: None
