As you can see in the screenshot, when new data is loaded for a given chart (the ticker doesn't seem to matter to the behavior of this issue) the most recently loaded data frequently shows enormous/inaccurate price gaps. I've tried figuring this issue out a number of ways, but nothing has solve the issue so far. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I've been experiencing the following issue for a few months now:
As you can see in the screenshot, when new data is loaded for a given chart (the ticker doesn't seem to matter to the behavior of this issue) the most recently loaded data frequently shows enormous/inaccurate price gaps. I've tried figuring this issue out a number of ways, but nothing has solve the issue so far. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Thanks for your reply, and I appreciate it Tyler, but if it's ok I'd rather limit whatever help I get to the forum (if there isn't anything that I can be referred to trying in the forums, then I guess I'll just live with it.). Usually I wouldn't be this direct about my preferences, but this is probably the 3rd-4th different issue I've been referred to sending log and trace files over the last 9 months, and it's not really something I want to participate in so regularly (email is an awkward way to communicate for me), and it also usually has resulted in either an elevation to a phone call and screenshare (something else I'm not really looking for) and/or a request to zero out my ninjatrader install.

Thanks for your reply.
You've left us with no option other than to blindly guess what the problem may be, so in this case my guess is that you are connected to the Simulated Data Feed. Please check your connection.
