Lenz+Partner data feed doesn't load tick and second time frames anymore

Hello,

the NinjaTrader data feed from Lenz+Partner recently have problems to load historical data in all tick and second time frames.
For example if you load one year of tick data for the FDAX 12-20, only the current day and just the first day of a past contract rollover like 2020-09-17 and 2020-06-18 are loaded.
Everything in between is completely empty.
Minute and day time frames are loading correctly though.

I talked with Lenz+Partner and they said that they are working on it and already have contacted you tofind out what causes the problem.
Do you have any information about this problem and how long this may take to fix because L+P told me just approximately one month or longer?

Thank you for your note.

However the data your receiving would be coming from your data provider directly.

If you're having an issue loading historical data from them, please work with them to resolve this issue.
