At Ninjia Trader 8 start, it load some blank graph in excess
I ask help to avoid that on opening of NT8 , it load some extra blank graph. I think it slows down the whole software startup process. ( I have not connection automatically active on start). Thanks1 PhotoTags: None

Hello,
Thanks for your post.
You can close any charts and windows you are not using in your workspace, and then save the workspace to prevent them from appearing next time. More information can be found below in our Help Guide article regarding this topic:

Hello Sicarus1,
Thank you for your note.
It sounds like you're adding to the workspace or having additional workspaces opening in the background.
These workspace can increase the load on your PC even though they are not visible at the moment. I would recommend closing those workspaces and leaving one workspace open. To do this:- In the control center, click the workspace menu
- In the workspaces menu, hover over any workspaces with a grey icon next to them (this indicates they are open and receiving data but not visible)
- In the menu that appears click "close"
- Save the workspace if you'd like to retain any changes made since the last save, otherwise click no
- Repeat this process for any open workspaces.

Hello Sicarus1,
Thank you for your note.
Nothing in the Cache files would impact your saved workspace file. However, to delete the cache, follow the steps below.- Shut down NinjaTrader.
- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
- Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
- Restart NinjaTrader and test.
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

Thank you for your note.
Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Thank you I'll await that email.
