    No real-time data

    Hello!

    I recently funded my account and received log-in credentials. I can log in and acquire data, but the data does not update in real time. I have to disconnect and reconnect to get the latest data.

    My log file says,

    Did I miss a step to enable real time level I quotes?

    Hello,

    This error usually occurs when your broker does not have you enabled for data. If you are using NinjaTrader Brokerage, you can contact them at brokeragesupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com to inquire if any further steps need to be taken to enable these products for live data.
