data for Put Call Ratio not updating. im using TD Ameritrade and in the instrument setup used the ticker $PCALL and ^PCALL
neither is maintaining real time data.

Getting Error on requesting bars series: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

if anyone could provide me the tickers to use from TD Ameritrade for:
    TICK NYSE
    TIKI DJ

Hello hdge4u, thanks for writing in.

The TDA symbol mapping is automatically added for these indexes. Indexes NinjaTrader are prefaced with '^' e.g.

    TICK NYSE- ^TICK
    TICK DJ - ^TICKDJ
    TRIN - ^TRIN
    TRINQ - ^TRINQ

Please also make sure to update to the latest NinjaTrader 8:

Hello hdge4u, thanks for your reply.

Sorry, I missed that one: ^PCR will pull this up. I do not see a symbol mapping for this in the Instruments window (you can go to Tools>Instruments to search for any instrument in the database).
So if you are able to pull this up on TDA, add the symbol mapping in the TD Ameritrade section of the PCR instrument settings. For comparison, the TDA symbol mapping for ^TICK is $TICK.

        Best regards.

The TDA ticker symbol is $TICK and was declared as so in the instrument settings. It works.
The others $TICK, $PCALL, $TRIN do not. please advise

Got them all working EXCEPT ^PCR is not updating Real Time.
TDA tickers require a $TICKQ and Cannot use the /
            ^PCR for TDA is $PCALL

However it is not updating real time and still reports 11/27 date.

            Please advise on PCR

Hello hdge4u, thanks for your reply.

It is an issue with TDA servers. As long as the symbol mapping is correct the real time data should stream through. Please ask TDA support if there is anything that could be done on the account side. Also, can you pull up the same instrument and get real time data in Think or Swim?

I look forward to hearing from you.

it's lagging and i would dread to go to TOS CS. its showing different values on TOS.
Does the Futures Data provided by Phillips have the Put Call Ratio and other market internals?

Hello hdge4u, thanks for your reply.

The real-time and historical data being streamed in is 100% from TDA servers. All of the supported indexes from a CQG based connection (continuum) can be found at this publicly available link:

Unfortunately, PCR is not supported on Continuum.

Please let me know if I can provide any further information.

Hello hdge4u, thanks for your reply.

Kinetick or IQFeed will have PCR (and all the other indexes we discussed). These are data-only services, so no brokerage account is required. You would simply connect to your broker and Kinetick at the same time to pull data from both connections.

                      Best regards,
