    NinjaTrader will not load

    Good afternoon, I have had a license version of Ninja8 for 2 years. I can not seem to load it on my lap top any more. Could you please advise?

    Commander427, you will likely need to provide more details to get your problem resolved. Error messages and screenshots so they can better assist.

      That makes sense,but I can not even load the program to get to that point. I was using the program, but had not logged in for awhile. that started back in Nov. last year (2019)

        So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

          I think he is saying the application doesn't even load / run.

            That is correct. The application does not load. I will need to get that over to you later. My lap top is at home.

              I apologize, to send the files please send an email to platformsupport[at sign]ninjatrader.com with Attn: Chris Jameson in the subject and a link to this thread in the body of the email. Next please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
              • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
              • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
              • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
              • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
