    Do not connections

    Hello Dear Friends.

    I have not connections. What should I do? I received a new username and password several times. Reinstalled the terminal.

    If you still can't connect, please send me an email at "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" including the email you received with the demo login credentials. Please include "Att Jason, 2864417" in the subject field of the email.

        Please see my response to the email you sent.

        The demo connection needed to be created for "NinjaTrader" and not "NinjaTrader FXCM" or "NinjaTrader Continuum".
