Strategy not applied to chart and not listed under Strategies Tab....

Hello,

I have a rather strange issue where a strategy continues to run and is not applied to a chart and is not listed under the "Strategies Tab". Any idea where else it could be enabled?

Do you have any other workspaces open the strategy could be active in?

How are you determining that a strategy is active? Are you seeing trades being taken in the Accounts tab?

Hi,

I don't have the strategy active in any other workspaces. I know it's still making trades though because I see the position in my forex.com account. I do not see it under the Positions Tab in NinjaTrader though.

You should reach out to Forex.com support to manage the open position if you are not seeing this position in NinjaTrader.

It sounds more as though the strategy may have been shut down with an open position and that position is not being detected by NinjaTrader for some reason. To confirm there's no active strategy running we'd need to take a look at your log and trace files. We'd want you to send those to us directly from the platform as they may contain personal information. You can send these from Help > Email Support. Log and trace files should be checked by default. Please include "2866327 ATTN Kate W. in the subject line.
