Also, prior the upgrade I was using the release that you mentioned in the previous post 8.0.22.0 and the connection was dropping constantly even without the plugin selected and during an operation (stressful situation) and was no Internet issue on my side since my browser and Thinkorswim tool were working with no issues.
Please, advise how to troubleshoot this connectivity issues, the last time that it worked I was connected to the endpoint "hds-us-nt-002.ninjatrader.com/31655"
