    Unsuccessful connection

    Hi
    I've registered for a demo account on Ninja trader 8 platform, but I'm finding it difficult to make a successful connection.
    I followed this video step by step.

    But this window doesn't show up when the platform is turned on. (Look at the next picture.).

    And when I was able to access the platform without the previous window appearing to me, And when I went to a window (Connections _ Configured) And I put the username and password (You sent it to me via e-mail). The main problem is the appearance of this message. (Look at the next picture.).

    I'm sure the username and password aren't wrong. I tried a lot, but all my attempts were unsuccessful.
    When I use the username and password with (Ninja trader 7) connection it is successful, but when I use them with (Ninja trader 8) I will show me this previous message and there is no connection.
    I do not know the cause of this problem and I hope that you will help me solve it to start using the trial period.

    Hello Sergio 170,

    Can you please tell me for what provider you created the connection. Could it be the connection was not created for "NinjaTrader Continuum"?

    Please proceed as per the steps below.
    • Go to Control Center-->Connections and click configure in the lower right corner.
    • Double click "NinjaTrader Continuum" in the Available box in the upper left.
    • Enter the username and password on the right.
    • Make sure Demo is enabled and click OK.
    Check if you are able to connect by clicking the connection name at Control Center-->Connections.

      Thank you for the reply.
      This is a demo account.
      I'm not trying to contact any broker.
      I just want to try using the platform and the features of it and how to use it.
      I am create new connection, my connection name is "11111111", But the connection did not succeed


      And yes, I did these following steps:

      And there's no successful connection.
      I'm 100% sure that username used and passwords are correct.
      So, how can I solve this problem?

        Can you please forward me the email with the demo login credentials you received from CQG. You can forward the email to "platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com". Please put "Att Jason, 2903140" in the subject field of your email.
