SL and TP deseappear

I made my own entry strategy with 3 contracts

3 contracts
SL 5 ticks for all contracts
TP1 , 5 ticks, 1 contract
TP2 , 10ticks, 1 contract
TP3, 30 ticks, 1 contract

When TP1 is reached, SL move to entry level. with the remaining 2 contracts

I’m using “auto breakeven, profit trigger 5 ticks. For every single contract.

result, when TP1 is reached, I receive a popup with error, (see attachment)
sometime, togheter with error, SL and TP deseappear from chart, and remain just the active order without SL and TP

I already asked support by email, but he is not able to understand that issue and he says to call my developer.

What happens if you leave everything as it is, but change the stop strategy for Target 1 to "None"?

As tradgrad suggested, if you setup the Auto Breakeven for 'Target 2' and 'Target 3' only, do you experience the issue?

if I remove TP1, strategy doesn't have sense anymore.

I changed demo account, and till now, no issues.

in the past, with old demo account, even at opening position didn't set SL and TP

in any way, is not safe.

I'm not sure what you mean by "strategy doesn't have sense anymore."

If your "target 1" set of contracts are set to take profit at 5 ticks, then the associated stop losses will be cancelled, thus there is nothing left from the Target 1 contracts to move to breakeven.

My guess is that is the root of the error. You hit 5 ticks, profit gets taken, and the associated stop losses for Target 1 are cancelled, but you have a "stop strategy" that says to move that stop loss to breakeven...but that stop loss no longer exists because you already took profit.

I'm not saying "remove TP1"...I said "change the stop strategy for Target 1 to 'None'". Look at your ATM panel and you'll see what I mean.

Unfortunately it is not possible to configure the Auto Breakeven to trigger when a profit target is filled. It can only be triggered at a certain amount of ticks in profit.

Trading software can only submit orders, the market has to fill them. If your TP1 isn't filled, that isn't necessarily a fault of the software, There are plenty of other reasons an order may not be filled: liquidity, slippage, and data packet loss (due to an issue with your data provider or your connection) are some of the most common.
