    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
    • Does this symptom persist if you restart your PC?

          Hello,

          The data is available after restarting the computer.
          But what could that have been?

            One of our historical data servers was missing data. If you happened to connect to that server today, then you would have experienced this symptom. That server has been taken out of rotation for maintenance so a restart of your PC would then connect you to a different historical data server.

              I had the same problem. NT8.
              Rebooting my PC fixed the issue. Pretty weird though.
