    Slow download reply data

    I update the current version of NT8 and I found it very slow now compared to previous version.

    I have tried to format my computer because I thought it was my computer making it slow, but I realize that it didn't make any changes at all.

    The problem I faced was when download the market data.
    I used to download it very fast before this, but now i waiting more than5 minutes and it still running to load.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2920045" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
