Can't select Renko chart Type on the last verion of ninja trader

Hello; Please, I have the last version of ninja trader and there I can't there is no option for the renko chart type. can you help me?

If you create a new chart at Control Center-->New, are you able to select Renko under Data Series-->Type? If not, I suggest to try an uninstall/reinstall of NinjaTrader.

You will save all settings and data including your indicators and strategies. All settings and data are located at Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 which is not deleted when you uninstall NinjaTrader in Windows.

• First, please make a copy of the license key entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key as you need it to download NinjaTrader.
• Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down.
• Uninstall NinjaTrader 8 via Windows start menu-->Settings-->Apps.
• Download and install NinjaTrader 8.0.23.2 from the link below.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Since Yesterday I try to uninstall/reinstall but the issue remains. The "custom" files remain only in "documents" folder but not in "Program files (×86)"

Are you able to find the @RenkoBarsType.cs file in the Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->bin-->Custom-->BarsTypes folder? Or do you still only have the Backup and Snippet folders?

Am I correct you look for Renko under Data Series-->Type?

Did you recently make use of any custom created or 3rd party bar type in NinjaTrader?
