Accounts tab margin missing

    Accounts tab margin missing

    Maintenance margin is visible, as is cash value, bit initial margin is missing for all accounts. Use latest NT and Gateway

    Hello elliot5,

    Could it be you refer to Excess Initial Margin? Please see the link below under 'Account Values Supported by Provider' that shows what account items are supported by Interactive Brokers.

    What Gateway version do you have installed? Please make sure you have version 978 which you can download from the Interactive Brokers connection guide at the following link.

    Does it make a difference if you disconnect/reconnect the Interactive Brokers in NinjaTrader?

      No, I dont see anything except the maintenance margin. I am using the correct version of Gateway 978.2c. I need to see the initial margin. No difference if do disconnect/reconnect.

        Can you please go to Control Center-->Accounts-tab. Right click your Interactive Brokers account and select 'Edit Account'. Set 'Denomination' to the currency that your account is funded with at Interactive Brokers. Click OK and disconnect/reconnect once more. If this does not solve the issue, please check if account information is loaded after an order is submitted to your Interactive Brokers account from within NinjaTrader.

          Does not work. I have live positions right now, and no initial margin % or dollar amount showing.

            Just to check a few things, what version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. The latest version is 8.0.23.2. Additionally, what version of the IB Gateway are you using?
