    Intermittent connection but no data feed - Continuum Demo

    Hi.

    I signed up for a demo / practice account a couple of days ago and everything worked well. Yesterday I had some trouble connecting, but eventually managed to do so. Today I have had trouble connecting and on the few occasions I have been successful no data has been available. Hoping to get this resolved as I am motivated to learn!

    I have attached the log.

    Thank you for your post.

    I see in your log files that there are many expired contracts loading in your platform. Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:
    • Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
    • Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
    • Close this window when this process completes.

      Hi,

      Thanks Shawn. I followed the steps outlined, however I am still not getting a feed. On looking at a chart I see no new information in almost 48 hours.

      I have attached todays log.
