    IB broker data chart issue

    Hi,

    I am trying to load ^sp500 12 seconds data into NinjaTrader chart. The chart was receiving real time data and show bars in the chart. But there is no history bars in the chart.

    How can I load sp500 12 seconds historical data in the chart?

    Thanks for help!

    Just added what showing in my 12 seconds chart. there is no historical bars. All bars were generated from IB real time data this morning.

      Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

      You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

      Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        I searched the posts in this Forum. Some posts mentioned NinjaTrader didn't support any chart below 1 Min if data provider is IB broker. Is it true? Did Ninjatrader fixe this issue?

          This is correct- we currently are tracking the request to change this functionality with the tracking ID SFT-2304. I have added your vote. Please reference this internal tracking number when contacting Platform Support if you ever have questions regarding this feature request.
