In the last week I have been having issues with NT8 disconnections (Connection Lost).
the log says "XXX:Primary connection=Connected,Pricefeed=Conection lost"
What I did to TRY to solve it?
- Try different internet connections:
- 50 mbps (just for me) = the issue persist.
- 100 mbps (just for me) = the issue persist.
- Uninstall, clean and reinstall:
- With and without delete NT8 docs folder = the issue persist.
- Try Different provider:
- TopStepTrader is apparently the source of the problem here, but is weird that just me (I think) having this behaviour/issue.
- Phillip Capital doesn't throw any connection lost (at the moment) but my candles are behind the real time. Why? My stop loss complains about the price is above or below the of the trade price or doesn't close the operation when is reached. My target profit is reached when no candle/price has reach that level/price.
- Another Platform:
- Yes but I didn't want to dig deep trying on another platform as is a risk from my point of view. The data market looks good at least for TST.
