Market replay problem

Hello all.
When I try Market Replay - I see all chart .. to chart building in time - just see all picture. Im attach what I see
Play button do nothing
where can be problem?

Here is the publicly available Playback - YouTube video tutorial to explain how to download, connect and replay market data in NinjaTrader 8.

Users can only replay data that is shown in the available data window. Do you have the data downloaded or recorded for replay?

You can right-click on the Playback Control window and select available data to see what data is available for replay.

Could you please post an image of your chart, playback control window, and the available data window, with the dates and times you are attempting to replay expanded?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I see youtube video befor Im download data.

But when Im select data range - I see immidiatly all chart - no bar by bar.. candlestick by candlestick.. I see all.
Play button star clock on playback window only... and I see chart on screen.
I select range 17.01.2021-18.01.2021 and imidiatly see all chart.

Im try download anoter instrument cose I work with ES in 17.01.2021
I download MYM data from 17.01.2021/ Im sure - I never look on this chart befor... and when I select data range - I see imidiatly all chart on screen.

If you have previously recorded historical data for this instrument it will automatically load on the chart.

If you press play does the chart advance as expected?

I never use MYM before. Never record this data. Just download and selec Market Replay.. and see day chart imidiatly. all day data - no bar by bar market replay. Full chart.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
