    NT8 and dot net updates caused big problems with running ver. 23.2

    Hello,
    The connection to TDA feed sometimes connects and is sluggish and sometimes won't connect. The 22.2 version of NT8 saves drawings to the chart fine but when up dating to latest 23.2 version, the drawings disappear from the chart after switching to another ticker's chart, then switching back to original chart with drawings and they're gone. Did clean installs of both versions to see if a re-install would solve but no difference was made. Did a back up of 22.2 before uninstalling it and loaded that into 23.2 (imported) and that didn't save any drawings in the new version. API connection problems started last night before doing any updates. I did the windows 10 .NET update yesterday afternoon using the standard built-in windows 10 updater.

    Thank you very much for your message.

    There was an unexpected behavior in version 8.0.23.2 that would not re-enable drawing objects after changing to a different instrument.

    While this is resolved in our new release version (to be released in the near future), we created an indicator that will restore the drawing objects; I've attached it to my post.

    To Import
    1. Download the NinjaScripts to your desktop, keep them in the compressed .zip file.
    2. From the Control Center window select the menu File> Utilities> Import NinjaScript
    3. Select the downloaded .zip file
    4. NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.
    Once added to your chart it will automatically re-enable the objects for the currently selected instrument.

    Regarding the TD Ameritrade connection; To take a closer look at this, please forward us your log & trace files, we can then best assist further.

    The easiest way to do this is through the platform directly. You may do this by clicking on Help > Email Support.
