ATM strategy hotkey trigger without selecting from the dropdown list

Dear NinjaTrader team,

Is it currently possible to assign a hotkey to trigger a specific ATM Strategy with a market order? Without the need to select it from the dropdown list, because by the time I select the ATM Strategy from the dropdown list, it is often to late. I am thinking it can be useful for that extreme urge to scalp the "fear of missing out" moments .

Sometimes it is necessary to enter even with a minimum quantity in those unexpected but quick oportunities to keep morale up and avoid the very real willpower depletion phenomena that happens from refraining entering such unprepared trades.

For example:
Ctrl+F10 = Buy market order with my specific ATM strategy 'FOMOsmallQty'

Hello voltation, thanks for your post.

ATM strategies can't be submitted through a hot key. You must select the ATM from the order entry window you are using and submit the order through that window to use an ATM. Recently we added ATM strategies to Alert orders. If you set up an alert condition from a chart with a "Submit an order" action, you can select an ATM to use from there.

Recently did a video on this which you can select an ATM order from a hotkey, but there is a limitation to this work around which is you can only use 1 atm as a default. The only otherway that we've been able to get around this is by using a program called "auto hot key" which will select any atm template you need. but for that program you do need to know some scripting but is very effective as a work around.
