    Troubled indicator

    Hello, I have installed an indicator in NT8 and then I deleted some file and I don't know what it is. If I reinstall the same file I get an error message but if I install any other indicator I have no problem. It only happens to me with a specific indicator, is there a way to find which file is giving me problems to delete it and reinstall it?

    Thank you for your post.

    This message indicates that the .zip file that you are attempting to import is corrupt. Rather than using the existing .zip file on your PC to reinstall, I'd recommend redownloading it from the original source and reinstalling using the new .zip assembly.

      I honestly do not understand it, it is the same one that I downloaded but if I reinstall it from the original source it repeats the same error.

          Thank you for your reply.

          I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files to see if we can pinpoint what file may be missing from any error messages or otherwise determine a resolution.

          You can send these to Platform Support within NinjaTrader by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

          Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
