pre/post market data absorbed to the first and last minute bar?

Hi,

I am new to forum, and sorry if this is a repost. I know Ninja data series has ETH option, but i wonder if there is any option or workaround to have premarket data absorbed into the first minute candle and post market data absorbed into last minute data.

This does not exist in the platform by default, but could be accomplished with a custom NinjaScript indicator. If you have a programming background, our NinjaScript team may provide you links to samples which would help you write such an indicator yourself, or you may contact vendorsupportATninjatraderDOTcom for a list of third parties that would be interested in building this for you.

NinjaScript indicators are created or modified in a NinjaScript Editor window (New > NinjaScript Editor).

Thank you for the heads up. I am comfortable with C# programming in NT8, but I do need some guidance from the team, for any natural way to redefine the candle and include the trade data in the extended hours. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Thank you for your note.

There are no supported or documented ways to redefining candles to include the trade data from the extended hours. Something you could do is apply your indicator to a chart that uses the instrument you would like trade data for and setting the Trading Hours template for that Data Series to the extended trading hours template.
