NT8 Connecting with IBKR:

Hi,

I believe I've successfully connected to IB. This is the first time I'm using IBKR. There is a green light on the control UI but i'm getting a message "Received unknown error/warning: No market data during competing live session".

What does this mean?

It's likely that you're connected to your IB account on another platform while attempting to connect to IB on NinjaTrader.

Please send me your log and trace files directly from the platform rather than posting them here, since they may contain personally identifiable information, so that I may investigate this further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
