Net Change ($ and %) different between Market Analyzer Vs other platforms

Hello,

I am having an issue seeing the Net $, Net % change on Instruments for the Market Analyzer. The market analyzer seems to have the correct last price but the Net changes ($, %) are off compared to other platforms. I've used other platforms and they all match up but NT's Market Analyzer is the only one that seems to display different values. It used to display the correct Net changes but as of lately it is off, For example MNQ instrument on other platforms shows a net change of -$221's while other platforms show -$110's. Please see screenshot.

The screenshots might be a little off because it took me 30 seconds to a minute apart.

I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2997872 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
