    NinjaTrader Continuum: Unable to Connect to Remote Server (Logon Failed)

    Hi, Unable to load it gives me the connection message above in tittle, I am able to logon in Playback mode. is there maintenance going on NT8?

    Thank you for your post.

    The behavior you are experiencing is due to data servers undergoing maintenance at this time. Maintenance will be finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.

        Hi Varsha,

        Just an FYI.. You might try again now.

        I saw the same error this morning and 2 minutes later connected successfully, at least for now.

        If you get connected might download TickReply files so you can work offline through the weekend.

          HI Im based in UK, Im using NT8 demo version, I've subscribed to market feed in IBKR for LSE and restarted both IBKR and NT8 but can't see the data feeds coming info LSE listed stocks.
          Also get an error message NT8 Continuum Demo User name of password is incorrect - logon failed, I haven't changed any of these details , not sure why I get this?

            Please ignore the Conitnuum bit as my 14 day trial has expired on March 23rd. How do I get live data feed for demo mode?

              What version of TWS or the IB Gateway are you using? You can check under TWS or Gateway Help menu -> About -> Scroll to the Build #

              With the current version of NinjaTrader, it is critical that you use TWS version 978.2c or IB Gateway 978.2c. You can uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install version 978.2c via the following link: https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide

              Ensure you follow all necessary steps in the Help Guide including setting the appropriate 'Socket Port' and enabling 'Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients'.

                1. License purchased
                2. Using IBKR in Windows in Parallels on a Mac, had some issues with Windows/Parallel now everything seem to be working i.e. data feeds live.

                For históric minute data feeds which service provider is best suited?
