Error when connecting with Interactive Broker platform

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.
If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.
If you still see the same, can you please repost or type out the error. The image posted unfortunately could not be opened.

Thanks for your response, I didn't realize that you could not open the image.
When I open Ninja Trader > Connections > Interactive Brokers
It says "Error: Interactive Brokers: Lost or unable to establish communications with IB TWS/GW. Please verify TWS/GW is running on the target machine and try reconnecting or contact support if the issues persist. (Panic)"

Hello,
First I would ensure you have TWS on and are logged in. Next, be sure you have the correct version downloaded and setup per the connection guide I have linked below:
