Is there a way to put cumulative delta in its own window instead of a lower indicator?

Yes, you can overlay delta over the price, with left or right scale alignment and also overlay scale as well.
whatever looks good to you basically.

The easiest way to accomplish the Cumulative Delta in its own window is by making the underlying data series transparent.

As the indicator requires a data series to calculate, we can't fully remove it. Turning it transparent, however, will allow you to chart the indicator separately and in its own window.

As there are a few steps involved, I've created a short video to demonstrate how to accomplish this. You may find it at the address below:
