CTrader connection

I was surprised (and pleased) to see there was a ctrader connection available (supposedly), when browsing the web. But, on my NT8, no... Why so?

Hi Jason - Thanks. I will do. But, I think, it would be useful for all if you could confirm this is linked to license key, and presumably another cost, or maybe like some other data feeds, limited to legacy clients (for whatever reason), etc.

Yes, providers that are available to you in the NinjaTrader platform is determined by the license key you have entered.

When I test the free license key, I have cTrader available as provider. I wanted you to test the same free license key (which I can't post on the forum). If that worked, I would have forwarded your email to our sales team to regenerate your license key and see if you then have cTrader available.
