Rithmic MBO Data feed to Bookmap via NT8

Hello, just wanted to confirm that you can/can’t get MBO data from an NT8 Fed by Rithmic to Bookmap . It says here you can’t but was a few years ago and someone said you could so am confused and wanted to check. Messaged Bookmap and they said to post here. Thanks

Thankyou Melissa. I realise it isn’t supported in NT8 per se but that shouldn’t stop it from passing the MBO data which is already in the Rithmic feed through to Bookmap which can use the MBO data. Maybe some coding in NT8 that doesn’t allow that to pass? Could you please confirm with your tech guys? Thanks

The limitation with MBO has to do with how NinjaTrader streams live data. Since NinjaTrader itself is not a data provider, it uses different adapters to gather the data. None of these adapters, including ones that facilitate a connection to Rithmic data, are programmed to supply MBO data. Because of this, your original hypothesis "Maybe some coding in NT8 that doesn’t allow that to pass" is correct.

There is currently a pending feature request to include MBO data in a future release. I have added your vote to this request.
