I installed ninjatrader 8 and configured the demo account successfully. I then installed the ninjatrader license I had previously used many years ago in help/about. Then I went to configure TD Ameritrade and the option in connections is now gone. I removed and reinstalled ninjatrader 8, but my license is still there and no TD Ameritrade in connections. How do I proceed?

Hello,

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
Also in the body of your message include a copy of your license key which can be found by going to the Control Center->Help->License Key.
