    CTrader connection

    Hello,

    Was very pleased to see this addition to NT8. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work with any ctrader account I have!

    What happens : I autorise successfully, and during that process, I select the 1 netting account from the list of several accounts that are shown. I leave the email etc checked. It authorises OK, but always comes back with an error 'The account 'xxx' is not authorized to use NinjaTrader with cTrader' . Oddly, the account xxx number is an unknown account ID to me. It does not match the list of ctrader account ID's on my accounts. So, I'm not quite sure what is going on here. NT is picking up the wrong account from somewhere perhaps, or someone has to do something provider end to support this?

    21497xxx is not an account of mine as far as I am aware, and it's not the account I authorised. I have tried via ICMkts and Pepperstone. Get same issue. I have removed the connections, restarted NT, and readded / reauthorized several times. All with the same failed result.

    Any clues on how to get this to work? It would be the best addition to NT8 for me in some time!

    If anyone managed to get this to work, perhaps you could pop a note with the provider here.

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3081615 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
