Chart not updating

My chart is not updating. But if change the time frame it updates but then nothing happens until I change to a different time frame and the newest price is shown. Please help.

what broker are you connecting NT8 to ?

I am experiencing data issue as well and i am with Interactive Brokers

I'm using Ninja Trader as the broker but I recieved an email saying I needed to reactivate live data again. So will see if that solves my issue.

Realtime data is disabled for your NinjaTrader Continuum connection. Please proceed as per the email you received from the NinjaTrader brokerage to reactive realtime data for your live account connection.

Hi, I encountered the same problem with my NinjaTrader. When connected to Interactive Brokers the chart for future contract is not updating, for currency pair it is OK. To exclude other influences I made brand new installation of last version IB TWS, Build 10.12.2i and new installation of NinjaTrader, 8.0.25 on a computer with Windows 10. The chart is updating with currency pairs, after switching to futures the bars are loaded but the chart is no longer updating.

Can you please download and install TWS 981.3i and check if the issue persists. You can download and install it from the Interactive Brokers connection guide under 'Requirements' at the link below.

Thank you very much, Jason, for your help.
After installing TWS 981.3i, the futures chart is already updating. That's interesting, there is a problem with the version whose online installer I downloaded from the IBKR website today (1. Feb. 2022).
Only Forex CFD support is now missing to NT perfection for the IBKR broker.
