Hello aaadetos,
Thank you for your post and apologies for the delay on our response, there was an issue with the forums not sending notifications of new posts on the 4th, which has since been resolved.
If you'd like us to investigate these issues you can always send log and trace to the Platform Support Team through the application.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
Add a message about the details for the issues you're experiencing in the main section of that window then press send.
This will send an email directly to the Platform Support team so they can assist you.
