    Date Discrepancy

    I was looking at Micro ES and my timezone is GMT + 8 hours. I had justed upgraded to version 8.0.24.2 64-bit.

    I noticed that today's action (15 May) was plotted on a new weekly bar (21 May), and the current daily bar was for 14 May. The hours are kept as default. How do I rectify this?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what is occurring.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 3102435 ATTN Spencer F.

      Hello, is there a status update? I have sent the files over a week ago.

      I hope this does not go into the requested features list because this is a bug.

          Hello Spencer,

          I did receive your note sent after my original post stating that you have highlighted the problem to the development desk. I had no further response from the desk or anyone for a week, so I did a follow up post in this thread.

          Since then, another 2.5 weeks have passed, and I have not received an update from the development. I have checked my junk mail folder too.

          I have no such issues with the other platforms I used previously, and I would have thought that the development desk can find a solution to this bug by now.

              I am making this post as a matter of record.

              I think this issue must be extremely tough for NT to resolve because I have not received any update on this issue. This is 2.5 months after I have first highlighted it.

              The weekly chart just plotted a new bar even though it is Friday now. My indicators, which take the closing value of each bar, are screwed.

                Update:

                It's almost 4 months after my last post, and over 6 months since the initial post.

                There is NOTHING DONE. No one has got back to me. There is NO UPDATE AT ALL.

                The Development Team seems to have no solution to this fundamental flaw.
