Market Open TPO Plotting Issue During First 1/2 Hour

Hello, I did not find a similar thread addressing this, so created this topic.

One my TPO chart, when the market opens the profile does not show the first 1/2 hour of market open. Once the first 1/2 hour completes, then the B period shows up entirely vs. showing the development during 9:30AM - 10AM EST.

I am having this issue on ZC (corn futures) instrument. I also trade the ES and one that chart it works fine. Any ideas on a resolution for ZC.

Below is the screenshot of what it looks like the first half hour. Also included are the ES and ZC market profile settings. As a troubleshooting try, I loaded the market hours using the ES settings because it does work and on ZC it still did not show up.

I would appreciate any ideas on how to have letters show up right at 9:30AM EST for ZC.

What was the resolution here? I have a similar issue. I've set and reference the 'CME US Index Futures RTH' trading hours to 0930 ET yet the profile starts at B. Please advise thank you!

Thank you for your post.

This is expected as the values for price profile letters are hard coded into the platform.

The RTH open for the NQ follows CME US Index RTH hours which start at 8:30am, the Letter for a time period of 8:30-9:00am is B.

You start out a session at a B? The whole purpose of a TPO chart is to catalog the data in a orderly fashion. I have not seen this in any other platform that uses Market Profile like that. BTW- where is C period... is that hard coded too? Lol
