    CTrader - No supported account were found (Logon failed)

    Hi,

    I have attempted to logon with the CTrader connection. I have followed all the steps but keep getting this error 'No supported account were found (Logon failed)'

    Would appriciate any help.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

    cTrader logins by default have a hedging account enabled, and the hedging account cannot be used in NinjaTrader. If you do not have a netting account with the connection, this can appear as it cannot find a netting account that can be used with the NinjaTrader platform.

      Thank you. I was aware of this and created a netting account within cTrader yet I am still getting the same error.

        Hello,

        Thank you for your post.

        I would recommend contacting Ctrader and ensuring your account is setup to use NinjaTrader, as well as inquiring about the account that is throwing the error, and what relation if any it has to your account.

          No issues their end, they seem to think it's a Ninjatrader problem.

            I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "3127199 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

            Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
            Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.

                • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
                • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
                • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
                • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

                      fxpro doesn't allow ctrader netting accounts.
                      stopware is not a broker.
                      I think this ctrader connection is useless
