I've normally contacted support directly whenever I got a security to show on IB but not on NT. Sometimes there was a workaround with a '|' symbol and the name of the exchange, or an alternative way of looking up the stock.
But, what is NT's preferred way to troubleshoot a security that's getting a data feed on IB, but not on the NT platform?
For example, I'm trying to see data for SMLL and nothing is coming up in NT, but I can see the data in IB just fine. Same spelling of the security. Here's the product link via Yahoo Finance.
