Hello junkone,
Thank you for your post. Please excuse the delay, our support hours are 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday — we only have a small staff outside of these hours for inbound inquiries. In the future, please do not send in multiple requests on the same items. This only adds confusion and backed management that increases delay in our response, our messages will be responded to in the order received.

i am not getting historical data and i have trades stalled as my indicators are not accurate. What do you suggest i do?
Currently, i can trade to fxcm only via the ninjatrader connections and i have a gap in the historical data that ninjatrader is sending me.
note: i referenced the email thread also here so there should be no real confusion that its the same person with the same question
