    RSI Indicator

On the NinjaTrader provided RSI indicator, why is there two different lines ? what is the 'average' line and what does the smooth parameter relate to ? also how do I get rid of it ? I just want the normal standard RSI line to be visible

    Hello JackK,
In RSI indicator, average line is the EMA of RSI & smooth is period of this EMA <EMA(RSI, smooth)>. You can change color of average to Transparent if you don't want it to be visible, so only RSI will be there on chart. Hope it helps!

      Hello JackK,

      Thank you for your post.

Here is the Relative Strength Index (RSI) Help Guide to explain what these plots are and how they are calculated. To hide a plot, Right click on your chart > Indicators > Select your configured indicator > Expand the plot options > Change the plot color to Transparent and Click.
