    Need Help...Problem connecting to playback...

    Hello,

    Problem connecting to playback today.. No problem connecting yesterday.. I've tried everything I could think of to get it to connect...no luck..

        Can you clarify what issue you are having connecting to playback?

        I also see an older version is in use. Please update at your convenience using the steps below steps.
        • First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
        • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
        • Enter your license key and press Submit
        • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
        • Select 'Download'
        • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

          After updating Ninjatrader to version 8.0.24.3 64-bit the program can't log me on for some reason.. I get an error message.. I can logon to playback but not to my regular account..

            Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

            Include ticket number 3187118 in the body of the email.

            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
            Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
            Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
