Pop-up message says "Error on requesting bar series" with dates that make no sense

Working on playback (market replay), and when I try to enable a strategy (built with strategy builder) I'm getting a pop-up message that says "Error on requesting bars series: 'From-date (7/24/2021 12:00:00 AM) must to be [sic] smaller than to-date (7/19/2021 12:00:00 AM)'." However, the playback is set to 7/13/2021 to 7/15/2021. The data series on the chart I'm working with originally had an end date of 7/19, but I changed it to 7/15 to see if it would work, and the same error still pops up. And 7/24 is several days from now, so I don't know how I could be requesting bars series from the future. Any ideas?

Hi rybot, thanks for posting.

If the script you are running has any additional data series this could be possible. If you have a live license key entered into the platform, historical data will be loaded into the chart as well. Could you let me know what instrument you are using?

Chris--this error has stopped appearing. I think it might had had something to do with MS OneDrive backing up my hard drive live. I turned off real time backups for the NT folder after the NT folder jumped to over 10gb, and it seems to have fixed this. Does that make sense?

Hi rybot, thanks for your reply.

We do recommend disabling backup to the NinjaTrader 8 folder if you are running OneDrive. It's completely possible that OneDrive could have been causing the data loading issue all along.
