Username and Password Incorrect

I literally changed nothing and suddenly get a username and password incorrect error when trying to log into Phillip Capital on NinjaTrader desktop. Logging into the phillip portal works just fine, and I can see my account information and balances there. The username and password worked previously, and everything looks normal in the Phillip Portal.

1. Please don't tell me to check to see if global simulation mode is enabled (it is not)
2. please don't ask me to see if demo is checked (it is not)
3. This login worked fine and friday and I literally changed nothing.

Log and trace files sent in email.

Please resolve.

Perhaps the connection unavailable was down due to some
maintenance on the servers?

I am not seeing the Log and Trace files at this moment.

If your inquiry hasn't been resolved, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3203676" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
