Error message no historical data. Charts working in TWS though

    Hello SAITON,

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3203744 " in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

  • Error message no historical data. Charts working in TWS though

    No live data coming into NT8. In the TWS platform I can get charts, just not in NT8. Called IB support and they said that TWS version Im using is way out of date, however NT8 said 973h is latest stable version. This is when IB gave up.
