FXCM Real - no historical tick data for USDCAD

I have FXCM Real connection configured. I'm trying to export historical tick data (of Last type, period from 01.01.2000 to 10.08.2021). For USDJPY I'm getting 2GB+ CSV file. For USDCAD it says 'No historical data found for this instrument'. Why? Is the USDCAD pair so exotic?
Where I can find a list of instruments supported for given data provide (FXCM in this case)?
    Thank you for help

    Hello romanzagorowski,

    Thank you for your message.

After testing on my own platform, I was able to get Historical Data for USDCAD when enabling the 'NinjaTrader Historical Data server's in the Connection Configuration for FXCM. For a quick resolution, I recommend enabling this on your own platform, but for a full list of supported instruments and additional insight on this error message, you will want to reach out to FXCM directly.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

      Hi Justin
No. Your solution is not working on my computer. Turning on "NinjaTrader historical data server" option for FXCM connection did not help.
I'm still getting "No historical data found for this instrument" for USDCAD.
I'll try to contact FXCM support directly as you sugested.
      Thanks for all your help.
      Best wishes

        Hello romanzagorowski,

        Thank you for your response.

Have you confirmed that you have the Historical Data downloaded for USDCAD from the Tools > Historical Data > Edit window? If not, try downloading the Data from the 'Load' tab while connected to FXCM and then exporting again.

          It worked!
I had no idea I first need to dowload data to be able to export it. I still have much to learn about NT8.
Again, thank you for your help and your patience explaining me it all.
          Best wishes
