volume profile
Hello, wondering if there is a way to have the volume profile on the right axis of the chart instead of to the left or underneath the candles? this is especially annoying when using a range bar chart as you get more bars printing and you get farther away from the visibility of the profile. I have tried using the draw profile tool but that's also not really practical. Please advise. thank youTags: None

Hello agraham,
Thank you for your post.
You may set your Order Flow Volume Profile to a Scale Justification of 'Right' which will plot the profile on the right side of the chart.
This may be done by following the steps below:- Right-click in your chart window
- Select 'Indicators'
- Under 'Configured' select your Order Flow Volume Profile
- For 'Scale Justification' select 'Right'
- Click 'OK' to save your changes

hello thanks for the reply. yes i've done this but the profile is still directly under my chart under my candles. yes it is to the right but not fixed on the right axis so that it's not under my candles if you know what i mean. i've attached a couple of images to the reply. the first is what my chart looked like after selecting profile to the right and the other is what i'm actually wanting. is there any way to have it fixed to the right axis so that it's not under the candles? thank you for your time

Hello agraham,
Thank you for your post.
My apologies for the misunderstanding.
This may be accomplished by using a Composite Profile Period:- Right-click in your chart window
- Select 'Indicators'
- Under 'Configured' select your Order Flow Volume Profile
- For Profile Period select 'Composite'
- Then select 'Days' for 'Compose by'
- Enter 1 for 'Days back'
- Then check the option to 'Display in Margin' under 'Visual'
- You may adjust the width using the 'Profile Width' option
- Click 'OK' to save your changes

Hello swestendorf ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Can you please send us a screenshot of your Chart as well as the OFVP properties?- To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
- Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
