    Chart Not Updating

    I had some kind of PC crash or hack or sthn, and it messed up a few things. I have downloaded the latest version 8.0.24.3 64bit but it still does not update. I use IB.

    Thank you for your post.

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • What version of Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation are you using? This may be found under Help -> About Trader Workstation.
    • What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 06-21, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
    • (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      I have downloaded the latest version 8.0.24.3 64-bit

      The stock charts are not updating, but BTC through coinbase is.

      Chart interval doesn't matter, nothing works.

      There are no popup messages.

      I will show you the Log tab info.

        Thank you for your note.

        I am not familiar with this version of Trader Workstation.

        I would like to ensure that you are on the fully supported version, 985.1g.

        If this is not the version you are currently using then please uninstall Trader Workstation within the Windows Control Panel and then use the link below to install the correct version:If you are still experiencing the same after then please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
